SYNGEN ships exclusively to the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destination. International expansion is on our roadmap but not yet active. We do not accept orders for shipment outside the contiguous US.
If your shipping address falls outside our shipping range, your order cannot be processed. Our checkout system will flag the address before payment is captured.
In short: Lower 48 states only. Same-day dispatch by 12 PM EST. 2–5 business days standard transit. Tracking on every shipment.
Dispatch timing depends on when your order is placed:
Before 12 PM EST, Mon–Fri. Same business day dispatch. Your label is generated, the package is packed, and it is handed off to the carrier the same afternoon.
After 12 PM EST, Mon–Fri. Next business day dispatch. The order is queued and packed the following business morning.
Weekends and holidays. Orders placed Friday after 12 PM EST through Sunday are dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed on US federal holidays are dispatched the next business day.
You receive a tracking email the moment your label is generated. If you do not see the email after 24 hours, check your spam folder before contacting support.
Domestic shipments go via USPS or UPS, depending on package size, destination, weight, and whether the compound requires expedited cold-chain handling. The carrier is selected at the time the label is generated; you cannot specify a carrier at checkout.
Standard. 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. Free on orders above the threshold shown at checkout.
Expedited. 2 business days from dispatch. Available at checkout for an additional fee. Subject to carrier service area.
Overnight. Next business day from dispatch. Available at checkout for an additional fee. Cutoff for same-day dispatch is 12 PM EST.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. SYNGEN does not control routing or in-transit handling. We provide tracking so you can monitor progress.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and the service level you select. The rate displayed at checkout is the rate charged — there are no surprise carrier fees, fuel surcharges, or handling fees added later.
Sales tax is calculated separately at checkout based on your shipping destination and is not included in the shipping rate.
Compounds requiring temperature control during transit are packed in insulated containers with frozen gel packs sized to the package and the season. The packaging is designed to maintain the compound’s specification window for the duration of standard or expedited transit.
If a cold-chain shipment arrives with the gel packs fully thawed and the inner packaging at room temperature, the compound’s quality may have been compromised. Photograph the unboxing immediately and contact [email protected] within 48 hours. See the Refund & Return Policy for damage-in-transit procedures.
Move cold-chain compounds to refrigeration (2 to 8 degrees Celsius) immediately on receipt unless the COA or product page specifies otherwise. Lyophilized compounds in sealed vials can typically be stored at room temperature for short periods, but extended storage should follow the COA.
You receive a tracking email the moment your label is generated. The link in the email goes to the carrier’s tracking page, which is updated in near-real-time during transit.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, check with neighbors, building management, and household members first. If the package is genuinely missing, contact us within 7 days — see Section 8.
SYNGEN does not ship to the following address types, even within the contiguous US:
If your order is flagged at checkout, our team will reach out to verify the address before processing or cancelling. Verification typically takes one business day.
Weather, regional carrier disruption, and seasonal volume can extend transit times beyond the carrier’s posted estimates. SYNGEN does not control carrier networks. We monitor known disruptions and will notify affected customers proactively when significant delays are expected.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or shows “delivered” but the package is genuinely missing, email [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the carrier (typically 5 to 10 business days) and dispatch a replacement at no charge once the trace confirms the package is lost.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. SYNGEN’s responsibility for replacement after that point is governed by the procedures in the Refund & Return Policy. We work in good faith with you and the carrier to resolve transit issues; the procedure is the route to that resolution.
