These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and SYNGEN (“we,” “us,” “our”). They cover your use of the SYNGEN website, your account, and any compounds you purchase from us.
By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
In plain language: SYNGEN sells research compounds to qualified buyers in the United States who are at least 21. The compounds are for laboratory research, never for human or animal use. By buying, you accept that responsibility.

You agree to use SYNGEN compounds only for laboratory research, only in compliance with applicable law, and only consistent with the practices of qualified research institutions. You alone are responsible for any use you make of the compounds and for any consequences that follow.
Some features of the SYNGEN site, including order history and saved shipping addresses, require you to create an account. When you do, you must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Choose a strong password and keep it private. Do not share your account with anyone else. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
SYNGEN may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, misrepresentation of age or identity, or other conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to SYNGEN, our customers, or the lawful operation of the site. We will provide notice when feasible.
An order placed on the SYNGEN site is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send a confirmation email and dispatch the order. Until that point, SYNGEN may decline or cancel any order in our discretion — for example, if a compound is out of stock, if pricing was misstated, if the order appears fraudulent, or if the buyer does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice, but the price applied to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you completed the order. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on shipping destination.
SYNGEN accepts major credit and debit cards through our research-compound payment processor, plus several cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and Ethereum. Crypto payments receive faster confirmation. The full list of accepted methods is shown at checkout. SYNGEN does not store full credit card numbers — those are handled by the payment processor directly.
SYNGEN ships to the contiguous United States only. Domestic orders placed before 12 PM EST on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after that or on weekends ship the next business day. Standard transit is 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. Tracking is emailed at the moment your label is generated.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, SYNGEN will work with you and the carrier to resolve the claim — see our Refund & Return Policy for the specifics.
Because of the nature of research compounds, sealed product cannot be returned once shipped. The following situations are eligible for replacement or refund:

When you use the SYNGEN site, you agree not to:
SYNGEN may investigate and take action — including suspending your account, cancelling orders, and reporting to authorities — against any conduct that we reasonably believe violates this section.
The SYNGEN site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SYNGEN does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. SYNGEN does not warrant that information on the site is complete, accurate, or current at every moment.
Compounds are sold for research use only. SYNGEN provides a Certificate of Analysis from an independent laboratory for every batch. Beyond the COA, SYNGEN makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any compound for any specific research application. You are responsible for confirming a compound is appropriate for your intended laboratory use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNGEN’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms, the site, or the compounds — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid SYNGEN for the order giving rise to the claim. SYNGEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold SYNGEN, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of SYNGEN compounds outside their intended research-use scope, your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misrepresentation of age or eligibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SYNGEN must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by the closest enforceable equivalent.
SYNGEN may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the bottom of this page will be revised when changes are made. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers and by a notice on the site. Your continued use of the site after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
